FAQs

When will I receive my order?

To track your order, click here and enter your order number and billing zip code. You will then be able to see all of your order and shipping info.

What is your return policy?

Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit. Please note, made to order items cannot be canceled, exchanged or returned.

Can I change my order?

We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed.

Why is my order shipping in multiple packages?

To get your items to you ASAP, we sometimes need to ship different items from different locations like our multiple distribution centers and retail stores.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 100 countries! Please visit our International Shipping + Returns page for more info.

What payment methods do you accept?

NativeEthos.com accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, China Union Pay, Diners Club, PayPal*,  Apple Pay.

*Please note, PayPal is unavailable to customers in Turkey.

Why is my item on backorder?

Occasionally, an item for sale on NativeEthos.com has not yet been received at our distribution center or is so popular that we have trouble keeping it in stock. You may order a backordered item to reserve your favorite color and size, but it will not be shipped to you until it is in stock. The expected ship date will be listed when you add an item to your Shopping Bag.

Please note: Backorder shipping dates are subject to change. We will email you with any date changes.

Do you offer price adjustments?

We're happy to issue a one-time price adjustment for an item from our website if it goes on sale within 14 days of your order shipment date. A refund for the price difference will be issued back to the original form of payment.  NativeEthos.com is unable to grant price adjustments for purchases made in our retail stores.

We do not offer price matching.

What is California Proposition 65?

Some of our products may be made of materials containing chemicals identified on California Proposition 65. In accordance with California Proposition 65, we issue the following warning to our California customers: These products may contain one or more chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.
