ORDER+PAYMENT


Shipping Process

We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to make sure your order is delivered on time, NativeEthos.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Backorders

Occasionally, an item for sale on NativeEthos.com has not yet been received at our distribution center or is so popular that it must be restocked. You may order a backordered item to reserve your favorite color and size, but it will not be shipped to you until it is in stock. The expected ship date will be listed when you add an item to your Shopping Bag. Backorder shipping dates are subject to change in rare instances. We will notify you with any date changes.

 

Payments

Accepted Payment Methods

Native Ethos accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Merchandise Gift Cards.

If your payment method was declined, you may have entered your information incorrectly or there may be other issues with the card like a passed expiration date or insufficient funds. Please try a new payment method and contact your financial institution for more information if you continue to experience difficulties with your payment.

*Please note, PayPal is unavailable to customers in Turkey.

Payment Process

When you place an order on NativeEthos.com, your credit or debit card is initially authorized (not charged) to ensure funds for the order are available. This authorization hold (not charge) will occur every 7 business days until your order ships. You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.

Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax in all states as required. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address to which your order is shipped. We are required to collect tax on shipping charges when applicable. We are also required to collect tax in Puerto Rico and Australia.
